All our homegrown vegetables available inside The Spud Hut can be seen in the patch next door. We have our seasonal vegetables, potatoes and pumpkins all close by so our customers can see them growing and being harvested.

We walk the patch at least once a day to make sure we harvest all the produce which is ready for sale. We pick fresh every day and try to make sure we have very minimal wastage.


Our business promotes whole plant use and through our social media channels we show our followers how to use parts of the plant which might have traditionally be discarded.

We don’t use sprays on any of our vegetables, they are all harvested and weeded by hand. We value provenance, traceability and honest growing.
